Nico Izzi, a one-time amateur phenom, and one-time highly-salaried Suzuki factory rider, has been down a dark path the last few years. Racing wasn’t even part of his trouble—he fell into a spiral of addiction that made racing impossible. Now he’s trying to get clean, and he wants to share his story, not just for himself, but to help others dealing with the same problems, or to prevent them from falling into the same trap in the first place.
