Our Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) training is for those that want the Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) designation. Once you complete this training and certification you can sit for the Florida Certification Board, and National IC&RC exams. This is a 75 hour training program, all courses are included.
We are fully accredited and approved by CACCF, IAAP, AACT, ACTPO, FLA Board, and IC & RC. All of our training is valid by any country that has IC&RC Reciprocity, including the USA, the EU, Canada, Japan, and Africa.

The Certified Recovery Support Specialist or CRSS is an entry-level certification aimed at those who can use their life experiences to help others in treatment and recovery. The Recovery Support Specialist or Peer Support Specialist Training and Certification is designed to guide the credentialed individual in enhancing the effectiveness of addiction treatment and understanding mental health issues that accompany addiction treatment.
The CRSS credential is for people who work side-by-side with clinical staff to provide recovery support services to individuals with substance use conditions. CRSS applicants may or may not have lived experience as a person in recovery.
The Certified Recovery Support Specialist designates competency in the domains of Recovery Management; Practical Living Skills and Social Development; Resource Linkage and Follow-up; Re-engagement, Crisis Support and Safety; and Professional Responsibilities.
If you desire to assist your clients maintaining long-term sobriety, this is the course for you. It is useful for those working in the addiction field in any supportive capacity – administrative, technical or clinical.
Services are insurance billable once you are credentialed.
Once you complete this training and certification you can sit for the Florida Certification Board, and national ICRC exams. The Certified Recovery Support Specialist and Certified Peer Support Specialist Training and Certification program is 75 hours and the training qualifies you to sit for either Board exam
