Another Knockout attack. This one is using Bipolar as a defense strategy. He shows the video of himself hitting a 79 year black man and using racial slurs to an undercover officer in a bar. This is in Texas, where crimes are taken seriously. Clearly this guy has metal health issues, but should he be held accountable? I think so. He is currently being held on a hate crime, which garners up to 10 years. What are your thoughts?
