Landmark Recovery of Louisville is a new chemical dependency detoxification and residential treatment facility that opened in the Hazelwood neighborhood of Louisville near St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in September of 2016. The parent company has operated senior living and apartment facilities in three states for 30 years, and is excited to be expanding into a new industry and community. The Clinical Director oversees all clinical & therapeutic elements of the Treatment program. He or she is responsible for implementing, overseeing, and improving all aspects of Treatment Protocol in line with applicable regulations, including Joint Commission standards for Substance Abuse Residential Treatment facilities. The Clinical Director reports to the Administrator.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Weekends: None

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees all Alcohol & Drug Therapists and Chemical Dependency Technicians, a staff totaling between 25 and 30
- Implements, reviews, and regularly improves Clinical Treatment Protocol to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices
- Implements, reviews, and regularly improves Family Program to ensure active family participation in each patient’s recovery
- Oversees and actively improves fitness, enrichment, and other ancillary programs designed to complement Clinical Treatment Protocol
- Oversees discharge planning & manages facility relationships with aftercare providers to ensure each patient is set up for continued success in his or her recovery journey
- Coordinates all outside speakers and guest lecturers included in Treatment Protocol
- Reviews & approves all Biopsychosocial Evaluations and Individualized Treatment Plans
- Participates in weekly Treatment Team meetings to evaluate progress of all patients and make recommendations for adjustments to Treatment Plan
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Kentucky LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, Psychologist’s license or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in a clinical role within Chemical Dependency field
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and accreditation process strongly preferred
- Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
- Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred
