About This Training:
The NCFRC program is a comprehensive, action-based training that teaches you how to work with families and loved ones impacted by addiction. You’ll learn how to stop codependency and enabling behaviors, address hidden blame and resentments, and build the structure families need to heal together. You’ll also get practical training in boundaries, accountability, family dynamics, Claudia Black’s framework, defense mechanisms, and even pharmacology basics—so you can confidently educate, coach, and guide.
